With it, your hitting hand is automatically turned in the forward movement so that at the end, the ideal hitting position is available. The one-sided weight of either 500 g or 1000 g causes a balancing exercise of your body as a side effect so that you stand more stable over the middle in the ring. Made of sturdy steel and equipped with a rubberized handle, the “Punch” is practically indestructible and can be used in group and individual training.
